ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY
For general in-villa services, food and beverage requests or any other matters concerning your stay at Sangsuri, simply contact your Villa Manager.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome guests at Sangsuri Beach Villas!
Please note that the villas include staircases, ponds and pools, and provide direct access to the beach. It remains the responsibility of the parents/guardians to keep an eye on their children.
Baby sitting can be arranged at an additional charge.
Koh Samui offers a range of child-friendly activities and the house manager is available to provide related information or make bookings if required.
GAMES
A variety of games are available in your villa.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Housekeeping service is available daily to ensure that your villa remains clean and fresh. Please note our commitment to saving the environment. We will only replenish your towels if they are placed on the floor, and, unless otherwise specified, your bedding will only be replaced on the third day of your stay.
GYM
The gym is located at the entrance of Villa 1. Please contact your Villa Manager if you wish to use the gym.
INTERNET
Internet is available free of charge.
IN-VILLA SHOPPING SERVICE
If - during your stay at Sangsuri - you need anything from the village but don't feel like going out shopping your-self, then just ask your Villa Manager. The In-villa shopping service fee is THB 300 (about USD 8.-) or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
PRE-ARRIVAL SHOPPING SERVICE
Send us your list of items you wish to have available in your Villa upon your arrival and our Villa Manager will do the rest to ensure that all is ready by the time you reach. Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 (about USD 17.-) or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
MINI SAFE
A mini safe is available in each bedroom for you to keep your valuables under lock and key.
TELEVISION
Enjoy complimentary television and access to our movie database.
TRANSPORT
Should you require a car for transportation, simply inform your villa manager and they can make the necessary arrangements. Taxi and shuttle services are also available upon request.
DRINKING WATER
Complimentary bottles of water are provided daily.
